Horrible

My girlfriend and I went to 10th and willow last night for its weekly monday wing night special. We were on our way out when the owner/manager(or whatever he is) came into the door and started screaming at one of the hostesses. She seemed yo understand why he was angry and I even heard her say that she knew she messed up. Even after all of this he got right in her face and just kept badgering her. My girlfriend and I go there 2 sometimes 3 times and week and this young lady has Always been nothing but kind and helpful. She screwed up and she was sorry nobody should ever be treated like that. I will probably never return to that bar again. Mario should just quit or sell the place. The most ride obnoxius human being ever.

Great Food

Some of the best wings in Hoboken and they are free! Big and meaty. The regular menu items are also delicious but it is definately a little overpriced.

cockroaches

I live above this bar and havent walk in there in a long time. I wouldnt eat there. They fumigate several times a year and I get cockroaches on the 5th floor right after. Also the guy that runs the place, Mario, is as sleazy as a car salesman. If you pet his ego you can get free drinks though.

Worst experience yet

I went to this bar this past Saturday for St. Patty's day. The place was expectedly packed. Working as a bartender before, I know how difficult it is to deal with drunks however the management at this place was ridiculous. My friend and I were leaving when she forgot her card at the bar. She told the bouncer and went back inside while I waited for her outside. I must have been having an outer body experience because there was an older man with gray hair and dark rimmed glasses (assuming he was the owner/manager) who started yelling. Understanding there may have been confusion, I said I was waiting for my friend, he continued to yell disgusting profanity at me, all the while the bouncers looked on. I was totally confused b/c I did not know what was going on. I thought he meant to yell at someone else but then we went on attack me color. I am a responsible young professional and rarely get out of hand. I am so angry and appalled at this guy. I would not recommend this bar whatsoever. To the older man - customer service is everything, I will be sure to spread the word!

Don't sink a dime in this place!

My father and I went to tenth and willow for their ?wing night? this past Monday. The place was rather crowded and we wanted to get a seat and we sat a vacant table. I had been to the bar a number of times and knew that in order to sit at the table we needed to order at least an appetizer. We ordered one of the specials, got some wings, and ordered a pitcher of beer as well. About 15 minutes after ordering the owner, Mario approaches our table and says, how did you get this table? We told him we sat down and the server took our order. He told us this table was reserved. When we kindly said that there was not a sign or any indication he rudely grumbled, asked what we ordered and disappeared. Five minutes later our food arrived and my father and I took one bite out of the food when Mario reappeared and took our food and beer right from our table and said, I will pay for it, get out of this table now, and left. My father and I were astonished at how rude he had been and figured he may be having a tough night and was going to seat us with our food and beer elsewhere. Well, we were wrong. Mario was not to be found. In disbelief we wandered and waited. Five minutes later we saw him, asked for our food and he said it?s gone, you can leave now. My father, a well respected COO at a corporation told Mario he had never been treated so poorly in his entire life and could not believe how rude he could be. I told Mario how disrespected I felt after I having positive experiences beforehand and told him how unprofessional he was. At this time he asked us if the bouncer had to escort us out to which I replied, I am gladly leaving and will never come back. Mario responded saying and I quote ?Don?t come back either, and tell your friends.? Let me tell you I have, and I would not want anybody else in this town to have the same poor experience, so I am writing you.
